 I’m currently working on the final week of a 10 week run on King Features’ Flash Gordon strip. Dan Schkade’s still writing and coloring (and he drew the first panel of this Sunday strip), and I’m doing the drawing. The Sundays are all Dan starting with… week 5, I think? It’s a bonkers schedule, Sundays have to be turned in a week in advance of the dailies, and it ended up being necessary. So there are dailies with me redrawing/expanding (or in some cases just re-inking) Dan’s Sunday panels. He’s been a real sport, and I can’t imagine how he does this alone. Superhuman, I tell you.
